Toll House Food Restaurant Angeles City

I’ve been frequenting Toll House for quite some time now. For those of you who have not heard of it yet, it’s a local diner here in Angeles City. It’s located near Holy Angel University and UnionBank.

I really like it there, except for the slow staff. The food, however, is deliciously and reasonably priced. Rice meals cost around below 200 pesos. Their best-seller – the baked mac- is only Php60. Most of the other pasta dishes (ie. spaghetti, lasagna) cost the same. Their tRoast Beef (Php65) is awesome! The cakes are also good, although not as good as those of Red Ribbon and Chocolat. Whole cakes retail for Php300+. You can buy a slice for around Php30 to Php40. In addition, you can buy choco fugde, apple pie slices, and other small desserts for less than Php20 per piece.

Will I recommend Toll House to food lovers? Yes.

Bon Apetit!

Angeles City’s Best Restaurant: Historic Camalig Restaurant

Home to the Pambansang Pizza, this 100+ years old rice depot screams of character and history. The pizza sauce takes 6 hours to cook!! We ordered Doy’s Kapampangan (longganisa and ebun buru/salted duck egg, onion, pickle relish) and Very Vegetarian (cucumber, tomato, green pepper, mushroom, onion, carrot, extra cheese, and garlic powder). It’s actually the first time I got to eat a pizza with carrots and cucumber! Great place to dine with delicious food and huge servings.

ONE thing that Pampanga is also known for is the Pampangueña beauty. We have shared a number of Beauty Queens who bagged National and International awards.

To culminate the month of flowers, SM City Pampanga held its biggest and longest Santacruzan inside the mall over the weekend.

Participated by 19 top designers from different cities and municipalities of Pampanga, 27 models paraded in the country’s longest mall in their exquisite and intricate gowns and arcs.

Also joining the parade are the cute little darlings of Pampanga who walked hand-in-hand from the Main Building to the Event Center. Completing the category of the Santacruzan are the ever-beautiful members of the Federation of Senior Citizens Association of the Philippines (FSCAP) headed by President Linda David who watched the whole event in awe.
